My group travel started in the mid-seventies, traveling as a passenger with Presley Tours. I decided during this time that I wanted to be a tour director. I began my Tour Directing career in 1980 with a high school senior trip to Wisconsin Dells. At this time I was working as Office Manager at a medical clinic four days a week. With this schedule, I could take a nine-day trip and only miss four days work. I continued this for several years. When doctors separated, I started doing tour directing only. My schedule for many years was 160-165 days per year, and I enjoyed every trip. Eventually the company sold to Presley Tours and I began working for them. I feel very fortunate to be with Presley Tours. I am married and have two daughters (both teachers), and four wonderful grandchildren.
